Did you know that Ridgehill Woods are designated by DEFRA as a 'Priority Habitat Inventory - Deciduous Woodland'. The more trees which are felled, the further this habitat is at risk. This website is a great tool to explore the Green Belt areas at risk from development: https://magic.defra.gov.uk/
The sign placed by Clowes on Foothpath 'Kinver 0.82', from Lawnswood Road into Ridgehill Woods is classed as an obstruction, as it claims the path is not a public right of way and only a permissive path.
